obligatory Sarah Palin rant
OK, from what little I know of Palin's politics, I strongly suspect that I would NOT like having her as vice president at all. But...
Will people please, please give the "she shouldn't be running for public office when she has OMG! a baby with Down syndrome who OMG! needs his mommy" thing a rest? Dudes. Palin, presumably, is married. Nowhere is it written in stone that the mother of a baby has to be the primary caregiver.
(Actually, I think a VP with a house-husband would be rather cool. Just, you know, preferably not this one.)
