Feb. 13th, 2006 10:26 amWhen you e-mail your ENGLISH COMPOSITION instructor to set up a conference time, it is advisable to include some capitalization and punctuation in the text of your message. For example, the following e-mail is pretty much guaranteed to put me in a bad mood:
i got class sorry
As is this one:
yeah 3:30 sounds fine
You are NOT going to sprain your fingers if you hit the shift key, nor will you die of exhaustion from putting a period at the end of your sentence. Trust me.
