LJ-versary!
Mar. 25th, 2006 12:07 pmSo, wow. I've had this journal for a whole year, comprising foreign and domestic travel, the Most Anticipated Book Release Ever (and some truly off-the-wall predictions for the same), various adventures in teaching, and the gory details of a (failed) academic job search (too many entries to link, most of them f-locked). I'm a little stunned at how rapidly the number of watchers has grown, especially in the last few weeks.
So, for those of you who have recently friended me (or are just lurking) -- tell me a little about yourselves? Who are you, how did you find your way here, what are some interesting things about you?
ETA: There is NOT supposed to be ICE falling from the sky this late in March. Nonono. It's supposed to be SPRING, dammit.
:: grumble ::
