So today I missed a staff meeting for the second time in three weeks because I completely forgot that we were having one, and tried to make a frozen pizza without paying attention to the vitally important direction, "First, remove pizza from cardboard..."

Is this going to get better after I finish the dissertation, or is it one of those side effects of turning thirty that never ever gets better for the rest of your life?
