Ultimate Frisbee rankings are a better predictor of a university's graduation rates and number of Rhodes and Marshall scholars than SAT scores, grades, faculty, or financial resources.

I suspect this may have some correlation with social class, but maybe I'm just cynical.

ETA: Esp. since it appears on re-reading that this study only included private universities, where it is obviously much easier to graduate if you and your family can afford the (rapidly spiraling into the stratosphere) tuition. One wonders why they did not consider this particular hypothesis...
