kind of a lot of lamb

Note to self: Single girl + 2.78-pound lamb roast = maybe not the most brilliant idea ever, although it is quite tasty, and I am pleased that my first-ever attempt at Roast Beast was a success. OMG, why are all my friends vegetarians?

Would pre-roasted lamb work in a stew, do you think? Any other ideas? (Besides curry, that is. Oh yes, there will be curry.)
