Day 6: Your Favorite Villainess

This one was rather hard, because I'm not sure there are all that many villainesses I like. (I'm not sure what it says about me that I tend to read Shakespeare for the good women and bad men. And some of the good men.) But anyway...
I'm going to go with Tamora in Titus Andronicus, who is epically badass even by Titus standards. What else can you say about a woman who's brought to Rome as a prisoner of war, forced to watch the Romans sacrifice her eldest son, and then manages to seduce the emperor, get herself crowned empress, and plot revenge on Titus's entire family all in the course of one scene? (She's also got a certain measure of mama-tiger appeal in this scene, although this doesn't stop her from manipulating sons #2 and #3 into committing rape, or from trying to have #4 killed at birth.)
Also, she's hot, especially as played by Jessica Lange in Julie Taymor's awesomely surreal film adaptation.
